週六中午，在好朋友～DearJohn的邀約下，來到「十二籃」和一群部落客朋友輕鬆聚聚
「十二籃」餐廳的位置我一點也不陌生，就在以前工作的羅慧夫顱顏基金會附近
搭著DearJohn夫妻的便車，來到這個熟悉的巷弄，準備品嚐新鮮美食

由於位處商業區，週末假日這裡似乎格外幽靜
光聽到粥火鍋，其實腦海裡浮現的就是「以粥為湯底」的火鍋
其實這裡也有簡單的商業午餐，滿足附近上班族的饕客胃口，價格挺合理的
如果你不知道要吃啥，貼心的店家連菜單都幫你安排好了，真好，呵呵

可愛的權小熙一來到店家，來過「十二籃」的他，眼神裡似乎流露著美食的期待
媽媽幫她圍上圍巾，拿出小熙專用的杯盤與餐具，吵著媽媽要吃這裡的魚鬆飯
小玄子說：這裡的魚鬆，用得可是屏東東港最有名的慶祥旗魚鬆
Pervin是屏東人，聽到是東港慶祥旗魚鬆，似乎也躍躍欲試，畢竟是來自家鄉的美味

添好白飯，拿給店家，馬上就鋪滿了美味魚鬆
熱騰騰的白飯，讓魚鬆的香氣隨風飄，誰都無法抵擋吧，難怪小熙要吵媽媽

在正菜端上桌前，品嚐了這裡的幾道小菜，都很開胃爽口

等待火鍋湯頭的時候，店家拿來一碟黑色的長米，這跟我們傳統印象裡的米有很大的出入
店家向我們說明，這是來自加拿大的加拿大湖泊野生米
而這裡的粥火鍋的湯底，是用十數種米精心熬煮而成，真是非常費工的湯底

店家還端上這裡的招牌飲料～烏梅汁
非常香醇濃郁，真材實料的好味道，對腸胃非常好的健康飲料

期盼已久，服務人員終於端上精心熬煮的粥火鍋湯底
熱騰騰的鍋底，有一股淡淡米香，還沒將火鍋料加入，就開始令人期待

由於那天參加聚餐的人不少，我們點了一個四人份的海陸粥火鍋
還有額外點了一份兩人份的海陸粥火鍋，以及一些特色料理
當服務生端上火鍋料的時候，可真是讓我們這些饕客張大的口，怎麼如此豐盛阿！？
有一整隻的紅蟳，還有新鮮魚肉和蛤蠣，看起來就很誘人

還有滿滿的鮮蝦和魚肉片，這兩個海鮮盤的料就夠豐盛了
更何況還有其他火鍋料沒端上呢，份量真是驚人的多

特別還要推薦這裡的花枝漿和蝦仁漿
放入粥火鍋去煮後，真是香Q味美的好東西，好吃極了

老闆說：吃粥火鍋有特別的順序，一個步驟一個步驟來，才能真正品嚐到粥火鍋的美味
可以先品嚐熬煮的粥湯底，加入海鮮料後，可以提升湯底的鮮味
再來才是放入肉片，加入蔬菜，最後才是放入米粥和蛋花
你瞧瞧，這裡的火鍋肉片是不是非常紮實新鮮呢？涮過之後，肉質更是鮮嫩可口

這裡的菜盤也是非常豐盛，諸多的新鮮蔬果，還有一整盤的新鮮菇類

依照老闆的指示，我們一步一步品嚐，真是每個步驟都可以體會到粥火鍋的美妙
紮紮實實的火鍋，讓大家讚不絕口，無論是湯頭或是食材，都讓人感受到店家的用心

終於來到尾聲，加入米粥，嘿嘿，好酒陳甕底
看看店家精心熬煮的米粥，就是這樣順口好吃，讓你的胃更有飽足感

最後加入蛋汁，慢慢攪拌，不一會兒就變成了一鍋海鮮蛋花湯

沒想到一個粥火鍋可以有這麼多吃法，對於饕客而言，真是一個有趣的品嚐歷程
吃到最後一刻，依舊保持著新鮮感，不斷刺激饕客的味蕾，大家都說好吃

這裡還有許多特色料理，尤其以螃蟹料理聞名
大家或許會感到奇怪，為什麼現在有螃蟹可以吃？
依照台灣螃蟹的產季，可能要到秋天才是品嚐螃蟹的好季節
來到「十二籃」，天天都可以吃到新鮮美味的螃蟹，原因就這裡的螃蟹來自國外
來自菲律賓...等東南亞國家的新鮮野生螃蟹，讓喜歡螃蟹的饕客不會失望
無論是辣炒或是麻油，道道都新鮮好吃，價格是經濟又實惠呢
